Counseling on Long Island's North Shore
You don't have to carry this alone.
Compassionate, confidential counseling for substance use, anxiety, and depression — with over 30 years of experience and three Long Island offices. Most insurances accepted.
Reaching out is the hardest step. You don't need to know exactly what to say.
Does this sound familiar?
Maybe you've been feeling it for a while.
You've been trying to cut back on drinking or substance use, but it keeps pulling you back.
Worry follows you through the day — your mind won't slow down, even when nothing is wrong.
You feel flat, tired, or hopeless, and the things you used to enjoy don't reach you anymore.
You're watching someone you love struggle, and you don't know how to help.
You've been holding it together for everyone else, and you're running out of room for yourself.
If you recognized yourself in any of these, counseling can help — and you don't have to figure out where to start on your own.
